We start with a Conscious Coalition Mapping session in which I’ll ask you powerful questions to learn about the challenges you face and provide you with a report assessing the gaps between where you are and where you’re going along with a customized plan to bring forth the vision you have for your organization.
STEP 2: HARMONIZE
Clear Out & Set the Space
We will holistically determine what needs to be addressed and bring your organization into alignment. Clarity around values, mission and vision is key to this stage of the process. Empower your team to evolve and live into the potential of your organization. This is a time for direct communication.
STEP 3: ENERGIZE
Insights & Strategy
This stage is all about artful facilitation, including retreats that will reset and activate your team, helping everyone get on the same page with the collective plan of action and each person’s individual role.

Take Action Collectively
As your team completes steps in your plan, I’ll keep your success moving forward with continued retreats and facilitation, space clearing, and coaching support, helping your organization navigate challenges that arise and keeping all your initiatives on track.

In 2020 Summit Land Conservancy moved into a new office space - right in the middle of the pandemic. The team worked remotely for one year and new staff had come on during that time. Their Executive Director was seeking a way to align the space to build connection as a team and create a beautiful, positive and productive atmosphere. She also saw it as an opportunity to disrupt some of the interpersonal dynamics that had not been working in the past.
