Focused and In Tune

I enthusiastically recommend Mary Christa for organizational strategic planning and mission refinement.  She recently facilitated both a staff-only retreat and a combined retreat of our organization’s staff and board, with much success.  Our organization is a relatively young nonprofit and we are at a pivotal point in our life cycle that presents us with much opportunity, but we needed someone to help guide our focus and strategic trajectory.  Mary Christa kept us focused but was also very in tune with what each individual brought to the table to elevate strengths and address concerns. Everyone felt that they were heard and their contributions valued. By the end of our combined retreat, we felt like Mary Christa was part of our team and not merely a facilitator.
