Deep Thought, Grace, and Efficiency

I have had the great pleasure of working with Mary Christa Smith as a meeting facilitator for the past 4.5 months. The project we are working on is complex and important with high emotional value and many parties involved. Mary Christa has led and coordinated our meetings with deep thought, grace, intelligence, compassion and efficiency. Her skills shine brightly when opening up space for the gritty things that need to be worked out - the things that can make or break a venture or a group of people! She has become the central point for all parties to come to for guidance on how best to reach alignment and success as consultants, staff and owners. I TRULY look forward to working with MC on future projects.
