Invaluable

Working with Mary Christa feels like being able to breathe more freely and fully as a team. At one point in our work, we reached a challenging place of feeling stuck and encountering knots that felt unsolvable. She was able to create space through listening and guiding questions - and inviting us to pause and listen to our inner wisdom when emotions got high. By the end of that particular meeting, we all felt lighter and ready to move forward because she helped to name and address what was in the shadows. I have worked with many facilitators and Mary Christa has a truly unique gift in her ability to blend grounded practicality with the spiritual and emotional reality of being human in a way that is invaluable.
