Nothing Less Than Spectacular

In a fledgling startup, we found ourselves at a crossroads. Major decisions needed to be made and a new and definitive direction needed to be set, all with major consequences for our staff. At a pinnacle of concern and frustration, Mary Chrita brilliantly (and frankly almost instantly) transformed a culture on a destructive course to a culture of honesty and deep heart connection. The outcome was nothing less than spectacular thereafter. It has been an honor to work with her.
