Working with Mary Christa / Conscious Coalition Consulting has been a dream! Mary Christa is a skilled facilitator who brings empathy, wisdom, and care to her work. She excels at communication and is able to work with a range of personalities to bring out the best in everyone. She has helped me facilitate panel discussions and her attention to detail is impeccable. She is able to tease out the vision and purpose for discussions and craft questions that convey the main messages and important information. She is a calming presence who makes all involved (panelists, audience) feel welcome, included, and valued. I am honored to be a member of her village.
