We are grateful for the chance to have worked with Mary Christa Smith on the development of our Food System Leader Training Program. Mary Christa’s preparedness, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and years of experience were evident in her work to train our facilitators. I felt supported throughout the process of designing our training – Mary Christa listened to all of my feedback and incorporated every detail into our two-day training agenda. Our team loved Mary Christa’s knowledge and her openness to answer all types of questions. Her thorough training, slide deck, supplemental materials and handouts provided great support to build our facilitators’ confidence. Mary Christa was generous with her time, and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our leaders received both days of our intensive facilitation training.
